What this website collects
When you submit an Icon, private-object, trade, or architectural-review request, this website collects your name, required correspondence email, inquiry type, message, inquiry-use acknowledgment, and pathway-relevant information you provide, such as telephone number, firm, general location, dimensions, timing, or broad anticipated furniture-investment range. Telephone is optional unless text or call is selected. It does not request banking, credit, income, net-worth, identification, or precise home-access information. The website does not provide accounts, payments, uploads, or reservations.
When you contact us
Private Project Review information is validated and stored by the website’s hosting provider. A signed server-to-server notification is then sent through Google Apps Script and Gmail to Obregon Woods. Direct text and email links are handled by your communications provider and the services Obregon Woods uses to receive and respond. Share only what is needed for an initial project conversation.
Purpose and access
Contact information and project details are used to review your request, respond through the selected channel, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and continue a conversation you initiated. Selecting text requires a separate text-message acknowledgment. Project contact does not enroll you in promotional communication. Any future Icon-release subscription will use a separate purpose and consent. Access is limited to Obregon Woods and service providers required to host, protect, store, and deliver the request.
Retention and requests
Website inquiry records are marked for cleanup after 180 days and are removed when the site’s cleanup process next runs; a quiet period with no new site activity may delay removal. Related email or text correspondence may be retained longer when reasonably required for an active project, legal obligation, dispute, or fraud prevention. You may request correction or deletion by emailing obregonwoods@gmail.com. Applicable obligations may limit deletion in specific cases.
Website operations
The hosting and network providers process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request identifiers, device or browser information, approximate network location, and security events. Rate-limit identifiers are derived from network and email information so raw network addresses are not intentionally stored in the inquiry rate-limit record. Obregon Woods does not intentionally use this site to collect sensitive personal information.
Your choices and security limits
You may text or email instead of using the website intake. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is risk-free. Do not submit financial account information, identification documents, medical information, passwords, credentials, or other sensitive personal information.
