PRIVATE COMMISSIONS · PERU TO THE UNITED STATES

A rare object.
A controlled path.

Obregon Woods evaluates distinctive furniture commissions for private clients seeking uncommon material, scale, form or production capability. Every accepted project is developed through defined approvals and a project-specific Peru-to–United States pathway.

THE FIRST STEP

What a Project Review means.

You bring

The general scope, intended use, location, timing and budget context, if known.

We determine

Whether the project appears aligned and whether a Peru-side feasibility review is appropriate.

It is not

A quote, project acceptance, reservation or production commitment.

Any further feasibility, sampling, prototyping, travel or production work is scoped separately before it begins.
WHY THIS PATH

More possibility.
Defined in stages.

Specialized access

We evaluate the Peru-side production capability appropriate to the object and its requirements.

Intelligent economics

A direct production path may create greater room for material, execution and customization. Feasibility and landed cost remain project-specific.

Phased certainty

Samples, drawings, prototypes and milestone approvals reduce uncertainty before full production.

THE ENGAGEMENT PATH
01

Project review

We consider the object, location, intended use, timing and commercial fit.

02

Feasibility

The relevant Peru-side capability, material path and technical requirements are assessed.

03

Development

Dimensions, drawings, samples, finishes or a prototype are defined where appropriate.

04

Approval

Scope, responsibilities, quality checkpoints, production terms and delivery boundaries are agreed.

05

Production & delivery

Work proceeds through the approved path with documented review milestones.

FOR QUALIFYING PROJECTS

Review the production path in Peru.

For a substantial project, direct conversations, selected production review and an in-person Peru visit may be arranged when the scope and stage justify it. The purpose is due diligence: to understand the responsible production path before final commitment.

BEYOND A SINGULAR OBJECT

Some projects may develop selectively.

Coordinated furniture and larger collaboration remain separate reviews, shaped by the project and the responsible professional team.
